FAQ - Training

Apex-Elite is focused on the success of the consultants with whom we partner.  Therefore “Boot Camp” begins with an initial training course which all new consultants must attend.  It is an intense and comprehensive course that is conducted by our leading national producers. Immediately following this course a newly trained and certified consultant can begin personal sales production on prescheduled appointments the week of training, assuming they successfully complete the training course.  

Once the initial training course has been completed each new consultant will then enter the next phase of “boot camp” which is a 90 Day field training regiment where our consultants have the ability to earn as they learn.  Boot camp allows our aspirants to be exposed to as many people as possible and focus more on the primary skills needed to be highly successful.

Training doesn’t have to end as we offer continuous support to enhance a consultant's opportunity to be successful.  After your 90-day “boot camp” you will be assisted by one of our career coaches to review your personals goals and choose the career path that best meets your goals and needs.
