What We Offer

Apex-Elite is known for developing top producers and multiple career path opportunities. For the first 90 days we start our new consultants on an intense training regime where they are provided with 3-4 daily prescheduled & verified appointments, all set less than 24 hrs. in advance. This allows our aspirants to be exposed to as many prospects as possible and focus more on the primary skills needed to become a top producer in the industry.

After the 90-day “Base-camp” training new consultants will be assisted by one of our career coaches to review their personal goals and choose the career path that best meets their goals and needs. Each of the Career paths then has a tiered development training process that will hone their skills and ensure they have the best opportunity for success.
